- 27th of Aug: bought the watch
- End of Sept: called back into the goldsmiths store, spoke with someone who said they would call omega / swatch (all part of the same group).
- 11th ish of Oct: In fairness I got an message saying the person they needed to speak to was away until the end of the week - they'd call and let me know the outcome
- 19th Oct: no messages, was in town, so I called into the store again - they were just about to call omega again, and assured me it would be here within a month - I asked about changing the watch for another one with all the info if it wasn't here in a month......"I'd have to speak to my manager"
